Maintenance/Ownership Training

Service Description

Maintenance training is an additional advisory service, which extends beyond basic owner-onboarding/familiarization (level 1) and on-water training (level 2). It is a service designed to aid the handy, DIY boater in their attempt to maintain their vessel to a high standard themselves.  ​ Maintenance training will address the basics of routine maintenance procedures, such as: oil changes, fuel system upkeep, impeller service and intervals, thru-hull valve and strainer maintenance, HVAC and Air Conditioning/Heat system maintenance, and so on. Like our other services, maintenance training is specifically tailored to your individual needs. Maintenance training sessions may be conducted on-site in-person, or remotely via call/video chat. Maintenance training is designed to be structured in a topical and specific manner, rather than general counsel. Maintenance training is billed on a per-session basis at an hourly rate, with a minimum of two hours.
