One of the most challenging times for vessel owners is when they have exchanged funds and taken possession; "now what?" is the frequent sentiment. Owner-onboarding is a service designed to aid owners in becoming acquainted with their new vessel in a timely manner.  Topics covered will typically include: systems and system integrations, necessary operational procedures, vital checks, things to be aware of and monitor, etc.; in short, the service is designed to expedite the process of "taking ownership," properly speaking. Owner-onboarding is a service which will typically be conducted on the hard or at a dock. Owner-Onboarding is billed per-session at an agreed-upon rate which accounts for vessel size and complexity.
