Pre-Purchase Survey

Service Description

A Pre-purchase survey is a comprehensive Condition and Valuation (C&V) survey designed to provide a comprehensive assessment of a used vessel's condition and market value prior to closing on vessel sale. Such a report is non-invasive, and is often accompanied by a sea trial, engine survey, and/or rigging inspection (for applicable sailing vessels). Our C&V Pre-Purchase Surveys are billed on a per-foot basis, starting at $35/ft., with modifiers for vessel size, complexity, and age. All pre-purchase surveys include our next-day Educational Video Debrief to help our buyers determine, "should I buy this boat?"
