Vessel Scouting/Matchmaking

Service Description

Vessel Scouting is a process whereby CMS helps you vet and search for a boat—either in our immediate service area or remotely. The service begins with a video call meeting, wherein you give us: your desired vessel type, make and model, priorities and intended use-case,—as well as other relevant criteria such as desired size and features/amenities—and we brainstorm together, creating a short-list of recommended vessel types and specific examples. After the initial consultation, we will maintain an ongoing stream of communication—exchanging information and leads back and forth—until you find the vessel your heart desires. Throughout the process, we gather information about your specific boating needs and preferences, helping you to narrow your range of focus and scope, honing in on specific boat types, makes, models, and years of manufacture. From there, we can help you select specific boats to pursue through in-person, on-site viewing. Boat Purchasing Consulting/Vessel Scouting are billable at a flat rate, and is conducted via an ongoing message stream where relevant information, resources, and links are shared back and forth, in an ongoing dialogue.  Vessel scouting is billed on a quoted and agreed-upon per-project basis, within specific time parameters. It is our intention to provide our customers with great value, which demystifies and reduces inherent hassles circumscribed within the process of vessel acquisition and fully realized ownership.
